Extreme Marquees were super easy to work with. A quote was quick and very reasonably priced and delivery was as per the timeframe provided. Our order was ready for shipping during a period when no one was going to be home so the Extreme Marquee team coordinated shipping at a date nominated by me and held the product at their office in the meantime, it was seamless. We were very happy with the quality product that was delivered. I would definitely use Extreme Marquees again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this company was highly recommended to us by friends that have had the same marquee for camping for 5yrs and never had an issue. We recently purchased the X7 Tectonic Series Marquee 4m x 6m, Delivery was extremely fast to Sydney NSW. But unfortunately, there was an issue with the roof there were holes in it, contacted Extreme Marquees and provided photos and a customer service representative from the warehouse was very helpful and sent a replacement roof out immediately, it arrived within 3 or 4days. At Christmas, we went on holidays and used it for the first time, and noticed friends of ours that had purchased the same one and were also on holidays using it for the first time, theirs had an extra protective strip on roof seams to prevent breakage, so my husband took photos of their roof and our roof and sent an email out to Extreme Marquees asking if our roof should of had this when we purchased it, and the customer representative stated that it should of had this extra protection and that it was a manufacturing error and that they would be sending another replacement roof. Extreme Marquees contacted us a couple of days later to let us know upon checking the warehouse stock of our roof and colour they also had the manufacturing error, so they had a new one sent directly from the manufacturer it arrived within 2wks, we have not used the roof yet as we were back from holidays but did open the box to check if the protective strips were on seams and they definitely were. Couldn't be happier with the fantastic customer service and experience with the team, they go above and beyond, and we were extremely happy with our marquee for our caravan/camping trip, it was the first year in 15yrs of camping we haven't had shelter issues it was fantastic, we stayed completely dry and it withstands the wind, best decision we have made purchasing from Extreme Marquees, wish we knew about them sooner would of saved a lot of arguing and $$ buying all different gazebos that didn't last our 3wk trip or having to take down in the middle of the night because of wind or broken, absolutely highly recommend Extreme Marquees.
